About

Move Free Kids

Today’s kids need more than just good grades. They need confidence, resilience, and the ability to adapt i.e. the life skills that help our children thrive beyond the classroom.

Move Free Kids 8 Weeks Class Package

The 8 week class package focuses on working the kids with Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS)related challenges in outdoor environments.

After 8 weeks, we aim to achieve these outcomes:

Better physical literacy and movement foundation through consistent coaching cues and meaningful curated games.

Improved self awareness and self regulation skills awareness through feedback and facilitation

Better social awareness and positive relationship building through team challenges

Responsible decision making through challenging situations

All children will receive an assessment report on the observable traits (both physically and social emotional domains) at the end of the 8 weeks session. The 8 week program serves as a stepping stone for the child for greater and sustainable things i.e. to apply what they learn in school/ home or to specialise in a sport or to just simply enjoy the love of moving and play that can be brought into adulthood in the future.

Behind the Story

Liza

The founder of Move Free

Hi, I’m Liza!

I’m the founder of Move Free your friendly trainer for the Move Free Kids Program and your supportive enabler in the Move Free Adults Community.

I’ve been active in sports and fitness since I was young, and I’ve always believed in making a healthy lifestyle accessible to everyone. While I started out majoring in Engineering, I quickly found my true calling in teaching Physical Education.
Over the years, I’ve worked with children and youth of all ages — from primary schools to polytechnics teaching PE, managing CCAs, and driving sports development. My last full-time role was at the Singapore Sports School, where I set up a Multi-Sport Academy focused on long-term athlete development. Along the way, I pursued my Masters of Science in Exercise and Sports Studies (NIE) and continued expanding my expertise with certifications in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and movement.

Move Free Community (Adults)

Why a community
and not just another class?

There are already countless fitness programs out there. Instead of adding another “class” to the mix, Move Free Community is built as a supportive space where we move, learn, and grow together. I believe in being a jack of all trades – being curious, adaptable, open to try practices grounded in science (and fun!).
