How It Works

Saturday morning (90 mins)

Program

Varied movement patterns, skill practice, bodyweight training, plenty of play, occasional outdoor runs/hikes.

Agenda

To spread/teach move free concepts such that physical movement can be accessible and sustainable for all in our everyday life.

Adults who want a affordable and accessible way to start being active ($15/session)

People tired of rigid gym sessions and wish to explore other training styles.

Anyone who enjoys the outdoors (and doesn’t mind a little dirt!)

Beginners welcome - workouts/movements will be scaled accordingly

Is it free?

No, there is a fee of $15 per session. 

What are the results I’m expected to see in these community sessions?

The purpose of the fortnightly community sessions is to help you kick start your workout regime and explore move free concepts taught in class. Hence, there is no progression structure for these community sessions.

What is next after these community sessions?

“Move Free” concepts are taught every sessions. I share knowledge openly with my personal experience and through qualified credentials in my career as a certified S&C coach, and PE teacher. You will learn to empowering yourself by translating “move free” concepts to your everyday life. 

Minimum to start?

Yes, at least 3 participants.

Is there a cap?

Yes, around 10 pax, depending on activity and venue.

Where are sessions held?

Mainly in the East (East Coast Park, Bedok Reservoir) and occasionally at nature reserves on weekends.

How long are sessions?

Weekend mornings: 90 minutes

Anyone who wants:

  • Learn and empower themselves in their physical health journey beyond just taking instructions blindly.

Yes! Exercises are scaled for all levels.
