Move Free Community (Adults)
Our Philosophy
Find a skill or sport that excites you! Nothing beats fun and play.
Train like an athlete — coordination, speed, agility (for everyone, not just elites)
Balancing strength, mobility & endurance — realistic for time-starved Singapore.
Move outdoors — adapt to nature, build real-world fitness, and be strong to be useful.
